A Diaphragm Valve is a valve used to control or isolate fluid flow using a flexible diaphragm. The diaphragm moves up and down to open or close the flow path. It provides leak-tight shutoff and is ideal for handling corrosive, slurry, or hygienic applications. Since the fluid is separated from the valve mechanism, maintenance is easier. Diaphragm valves are commonly used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and water treatment industries.

Application:

Diaphragm valves are specialized, glandless valves that use a flexible membrane to isolate fluids from the operating mechanism, making them ideal for handling corrosive, abrasive, viscous, or high-purity substances. They are extensively used in pharmaceutical, food/beverage, chemical, and water treatment industries for precise, leak-proof, and sterile flow control.
